It is submitted by the learned counsel that through the impugned order the learned single judge in chamber has ordered for sale of 16 buses being ply under the supervision of the Official Assigned of this Court. It is urged that the learned single judge has eared in observing that the seating capacity of the said 16 buses is 100 passengers as according to the learned counsel the buses are having seating capacity of 48 passengers only. It is stated that consolidated issued have been framed and the matter is ripe for the evidence and it can be expeditively adjudicated after the evidence of the parties are recorded at Katcha Peshi Stage.
Notice be issued to respondents. In the meantime, operation of ,the impugned order is suspended.
