ORDER

FAZAL-E-MIRAN CHAUHAN, J.--- Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he would not like to press this writ petition, if a direction is given to the respondent-department to decide the representation of the petitioner within a week.

2. Learned Assistant Advocate-General states that, it is the right of the petitioner to get his representation decided; the respondent-department may be granted some me to decide the representation of the petitioner.
