ORDER

1. 'The grievance of the petitioner is that despite having filed approved building plan by him, the respondent is not passing any order and No Objection Certificate is not being granted to him. Mr. Manzoor Ahmed, learned counsel for respondents Nos.2 and 3 has contended that there is no question of giving any NOC as the space was temporarily allowed to be occupied and in fact, it is over a Nala and subsequently the said permission was cancelled. Mr. Abrar Hassan learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed this contention of Mr. Manzoor Ahmed. However, he states that he will be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of his application in "affirmative" or "negative". Mr. Manzoor Ahmed undertakes that an appropriate order will be passed by the competent authority on such application within three weeks. This constitutional petition stands disposed of on above terms along with the miscellaneous application pending therein.
