' MUHAMMAD REAZ AKHTAR CHAUDHRY, J.---This revision petition is directed against the order of the Shariat Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, dated 16-6-2006, whereby the concession of bail was allowed to respondent/No,1.
2. Notice was issued to respondent No,1 but, he did not appear before this Court despite service. The Registrar has reported that respondent No,1 is absent despite service and he has failed to file concise statement. The file has therefore, been placed before the Court for orders. The perusal of the file shows that the notice was served upon respondent No,
1. He received a copy of the notice but despite that he did not appear before this Court. In this way he has misused the concession of bail. Thus, this revision petition is accepted and the concession of bail allowed to the respondent is hereby cancelled. This revision petition stands disposed of in the terms indicated above.
