3. Mr. Jamil. Ahmed Virk, counsel for the petitioner vehemently contended that he is non-suited by the learned Appellate Court merely on the ground that he has not produced the original copy of the money order coupon, which were returned duly refused by the respondents and the learned lower Court has allowed the respondents to produce the photocopy of the documents, and such discrimination has been made by the learned lower Court while passing the order, impugned hereof. In such state of affairs, it will be proper to issue pre-admission notice to the respondents. .
4. Notice, meanwhile operation of the impugned order is suspended. .
