ORDER

1. ' BIN YAMEEN, J.--- Learned counsel for the petitioner Mst. Mubarka Mubashir submits that matter is fixed for hearing of application for exemption to furnish surety as per order, dated 7-4-2008, passed at the time of issuance of letter of administration in favour of the petitioner. He further submits that as per order, dated 7-4-2008. The Nazir was directed for issuance of letter of administration to the petitioner but she has not been able to furnish the surety equal to the amount of properties involved in this petition.

2. ' The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is a widow and is not in a position to furnish surety as demanded by the Nazir, therefore, he request that instead of furnishing surety the succession certificate may be issued or her executing personal bond equal to amount of the properties involved in this case. The request appears to be reasonable, therefore, having regard to the facts of this case I grant this instant application and order that letter of administration be issued in the name of the petitioner subject to her executing personal bond equal to the value of the properties involved in this case.

3. ' The application C.M.A. No,378 of 2008 stand disposed of.
