SH. HAKIM ALI, After arguing thecae learned counsel for the writ petitioner has prayed that matter may be referred to the Secretary, Government of the Punjab, Local Government & Rural Development Department to consider the case of the petitioner for extension of lease particularly in the circumstances when the Petrol Pumps have been installed on the leased land where lacs of rupees were spent by the petitioner and removal of those installation would cause huge loss not only to the writ petitioner but also to the other persons.
2. Let copy of this writ petition be sent to the Secretary. Government of the Punjab, Local Government & Rural Development Department with direction to consider the case of the petitioner and take decision within one month from the date of receipt of order of this Court. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. .
