1. 'Mr. Manzoor Ahmed states that no action in respect of the property of the petitioner has been taken and in any event even some part of his property is required for the purpose of the road and it would only be acquired upon payment of compensation in accordance with the requirement of the Land Acquisition Act. The above undertaking is placed on record and Mr. Samdani satisfied with the same. The petition is 'dismissed as not pressed, subject to the above undertaking.
