Mr. Asif Hussain Mangi, Standing Counsel is present for the respondents. He states that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to entertain the cases of A.S.F. In support of his contention he has submitted before us the latest judgment of F.S.T. Lahore Bench, dated 30-11-2004. We have gone through the copy of this judgment wherein on the basis of the authorities of Supreme Court reported in 1999 SCMR 1614 and 1999 SCM R 2935 it has been held that the Service Tribunal has no jurisdiction in the matters of A.S.F. The learned Standing Counsel has also drawn our attention to the judgment of F.S.T. Islamabad in Appeals Nos.526(R)(C.S.) of 2002 dated .11-6-2003 Karamat Ali Chaudhry v.
Secretary, Ministry of Defence and 455(L)(C.S.) of 2000, dated 1-9-2003 Manzoor Hussain v. Force Commander Airport Security Force. Copies of those judgments are available on record. The said identical appeals were also dismissed.
2. In view of the above mentioned authorities, the present appeal is also dismissed for want of jurisdiction as also for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
