Resultantly, these petitions are allowed and the petitioners in all these petitions are admitted to post-arrest bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs,50,000 (rupees fifty thousand only) each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
10. Before parting with this order, we would like to make it clear that the observations made hereinabove are only tentative in nature and are not designed to influence the course of trial.
