MUHAMMAD AKHTAR SHABBIR, J.--- The applicant through this application seeks correction in the judgment dated 20-6-2005 praying therein that on 9-9-2005 he appeared and argued the case but inadvertently his name had not been mentioned in the column of presence rather name of one Establishment Officer has only been typed out, therefore, his name be mentioned there as counsel for the appellants.
2. In view of the above, this C.M. Is allowed.
Consequently the name of Mr. Muhammad A.I Mazhar, Advocate is mentioned as counsel for the appellants in the judgment passed by this Court on 9-9-2005. The office to make a note in this regard on the margin of judgment sheet and mention the name of the counsel in the column of presence. .
