ORDER ORDEJR Petitioner claims to be lessee in respect of the property coming in the way of Lyari Expressway. The petitioner has already placed on record copy of the judgment passed, in large number of C.Ps leading Constitutional Petition bearing No.147/02, wherein the learned Division Bench has already laid down formula and criteria for different category of the person including leaseholder, encroachers' and or allottee under any authority, Petitioner has prayed that he may be paid compensation and be dealt with for due process of law.

2. Mr. Manzoor learned counsel for CDGK states that City District Government is dealing with the cases of each individual on the basis of title which they possess and in accordance with criteria laid down by a learned Division Bench in the judgment recorded in C.P. No.147/2002, he makes a statement at Bar that the petitioner will also be dealt within accordance therewith. Petition is accordingly disposed of in pari-materia of the judgment recorded in C.P. No. 147/2002, dated 14.10.2003.
