1. ' GULZAR AHMED, J.--- Plaintiff's counsel at the outset has pointed out through Certificate No,0858, dated 13-12-2006 that he was enrolled as an Advocate of this Court by the Sindh Bar Council. He has attached photocopy of such certificate along with his Vakalatnama filed on 17-11-2006. The plaintiff counsel also filed a Tasdiqnama, dated 15-8-2006 issued by the Nazim Union Council No,6, North Nazimabad Town, Karachi declaring Talaq given by the plaintiff to Tazeen Zehra daughter of Syed Ali Hasnain Naqvi to have become effective. The counsel for the defendants make a categorical statement that in view of the certificate issued by the Union Council, the defendants do not press their letters complained of by the plaintiff and accept the dissolution of marriage between the plaintiff and Tazeen Zehra. Plaintiff's counsel is satisfied with such statement of the defendant's counsel and does not press this suit. The suit is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. The listed applications are also dismissed on the above terms.
