1. ' KHAWAJA NAVEED AHMED, J.---Mr. Salim Salam Ansari has moved this application for return of original documents of the properties mentioned in the schedule of properties from Sr. Nos.1 to 4, which are lying with the Nazir Branch vide Bond No.41737, dated 23-5-2006. Mr. Salim Salam Ansari has stated that one year time has passed, no claim has come from any side and as such the documents are no more required by the Nazir.
2. ' Nazir is directed to return the documents to the surety on proper identification as prayed. Mr. Salim Salam Ansari states that since one year has passed and there are no impediments in case the petitioner is allowed to sell the properties. Since no objection has come from any side during last one year therefore, I allow the petitioner to sell the properties if he so desired.
