' FARRUKH LATEEF, J.- Contends that respondents Nos.2 to 4 along with five unknown persons, armed with deadly weapons trespassed into the house of the petitioner and forcibly abducted his wife; the petitioner approached the local police for registration of case but no heed was paid.
2. Prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ direction to S.H.O., Police Station Kot Addu, District Muzaffargarh (respondent No,7) to register a criminal case against respondents Nos.2 to 5 and unknown persons and to recover his wife from them.
3. Petitioner's counsel has been heard. Writ petition and its annexures perused.
4. Direction, issuance of which is sought in this writ petition is essentially administrative in nature and does not require adjudication by High Court. Alternate and efficacious remedy under section 22-A(6), Cr.P.C. Is available to the petitioner hence he may resort " to the Sessions Court for redressal of his grievance.
5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
