1. CMA No:414/06, lt appears petition was disposed on the statement of the. Counsel for CDGK the disputed plot is still available with the CDGK which will be disposed of strictly in accordance with the provisions of Sindh Disposal of Urban Land Ordinance, 2002 by way of open public auctions".
2. The above order was passed on 28.09.2004. Lt is claimed that the property has not been auctioned but it is being privately sold.
2. Mr. Siddique Mirza has placed on record advertisement appeared in newspaper whereby the cancellation of the plot is notified which include subject plot as well in daily Jang, dated 13.12.2006.
3. Apparently on the face of it no contempt is committed, ln case the auction purchaser fails to deposit the amount within the stipulated period the property is to be put for re-auction which exercise Mr. Manzoor undertakes to carryout strictly in accordance with law.
