1. Petitioner claims that the compensation has not been paid in accordance with the value of the property. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that award has been made, however, the valuation is determined is not fair. Under circumstances we would direct that the award be filed with the consent of refree Court and the petitioner if aggrieved by the valuation may file objection in terms of Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act for determination in accordance with law. Let needful be done within two weeks and till then no coercive action to be taken. Petition in terms of above stand disposed of.
