Before parting with the order, this court is mindful to express that facts of this case show that the performance of health department (District Officer-Health) and TMA, Narowal are suffering from gross deterioration vis-a-vis afore-mention adulterated commodities are commonly in-sale in the different shops of their area but their grave inaction, towards the safety of human life is in light which is an endangering act and requires immediate consideration. Undoubtedly the safety of human life is prime duty of afore- mention functionaries but their defective performance in their duties is at climax, thus, the Secretary Industries, Punjab, the Secretary Health, Punjab, District Coordination Officer, Narowal, DO (Health), Narowal and TMO, Narowal are directed to take concrete and positive steps to curb down the heinous act of adulteration in the daily commodities in order to save human life. A copy of this order be sent to afore-mention high officer for prompt appropriate action. File be consigned to record room.
