1. The District Co-ordination Officer, City District Government Karachi, has filed his statement in obedience with the orders passed on 28th March, 2003. Lt is stated in the said statement on behalf of City District Government Karachi that till decision of Human Right Case No. 6-K of 1993, now pending before Supreme Court of Pakistan, the City District Government Karachi, will not take any action regarding the plots of petitioners so also the land use of this plots will not be changed till decision of the above-said petition before Hon'ble Supreme Court. The said statement is taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after going through the aforementioned statement of District Co-Ordination Officer, City District Government Karachi, does not press this petition which stands disposed of accordingly alongwith the listed application.
