1. In pursuance to the statement filed before Us on 08.5.2006 to the effect that settlement arrived between the Parties Mr. Siddiq Mirza has obtained instruction and is in position to confirm the duties on the vehicle bearing Registration No. JB-1911 and JB-1912. The matter regarding holding one vehicle is finalized while with regard to the second, some formalities have been completed but the matter has not been finalized. Accordingly, we would dispose of the Petition with direction that matter be finalized within two weeks.
