1. By consent we decided to admit and finally dispose of this petition.
2. Pursuant to the statement made in Court on 3.4.2001, Mr. Mirza Waqar Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was ready and willing to apply for determination of the proper market value of the property v in terms of Ordinance 3 of 2001 and make payment of the price so determined. Accordingly it is ordered by consent that the petitioner and any of the respondents will apply for such determination of the price within two weeks from today, failing which the respondent would be at liberty to make such an application before the Committee constituted under the aforesaid Ordinance, lt is further ordered that the petitioner shall not be dispossessed for the purpose of Ordinance 10 of, 2001 unless determination of price has been made by the Committee and the petitioner has failed to pay the same within the time required according to the directions.
3. The petition stands disposed of alongwith listed application.
