Petitioner claims that the compensation has not been paid -in accordance with the value of the property, lt is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that award has been made, however, the valuation as determined is not fair. Under circumstances, we would direct that the award be filed with the consent of refree Court and the petitioner, if aggrieved by the valuation may file objection in terms of Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act for determination in accordance with law. Let needful to done within two weeks and till then no coercive action to be taken. Petition in terms of above-stand disposed of.
