ORDER

1. Learned counsel for petitioner, states that they have been granted lease by the Sindh Katchi Abadi Schemes and they are in possession of the property allotted to them and respondents without any lawful authority are extending threats to dispossess them.

2. Mr. Ahmed Pirzada learned AAG disputed the statement of the learned counsel for petitioner and sated that action, if any, will be taken strictly in accordance with law. Learned counsel for Petitioner is satisfied and requests that the petition may be disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned AAG. . Petition stands disposed of along with listed applications.
