ORDER

1. ' C.M.A. No,8089 of 2006. Urgency application is granted.

2. C.M.A. No,8090 of 2006. Granted subject to all just exception.

3. ' 3 & 4. It is, inter alia, contended that the petitioner under Urban Transport Scheme of the Government had imported buses for long route. It is stated that a portion of the amount was to be paid by the C.D.G.K. Under the scheme which has not been paid and the respondent No,2 is taking over and seizing the vehicles to the prejudice of the petitioners for no fault on their part, Let notice be issued to the respondents through regular modes as well as courier and pasting.

4. ' Notice be also issued to Mr. Manzoor Ahmed Principal Law Officer of C.D.G.K.

5. ' Let this matter to come along with bunch of petitions connected with C.P. No,1305 of 2005 on the same date before the same bench.

6. ' Till then no coercive action to be taken against the petitioner. However, subject to deposit of their respective share of the instalment due with the Nazir of this Court within two weeks.
