ORDER

1. Learned counsel from the parties have filed an application under Order 23, Rule 2, CPC whereby it have been prayed that -as the parties have reached an amicable settlement in terms thereof this petition be disposed off as such.

2. Respondent No,3, present in Court, has acknowledged his signature on the aforesaid said' application and so also learned counsel.

3. Similarly, learned counsel for the petitioner has confirmed the signature of the petitioner on such application. She has also signed herself.

4. I have heard both learned counsels as well as perused the application. In the facts and circumstances of the case this petition is disposed off in terms of the application. By consent, it is also ordered that respondent No,3 would be free to leave the country without any let or hindrance but without the minors. Similar conditions will apply to the petitioner. A copy of this order shall be sent to the Director-General Immigration, Karachi, for compliance.
