' MUHAMMAD ARSHAD, J.-Learned JEHAN GIR counsel for respondent No,4 has placed on record copy of order of this Court dated 18-8-2006 passed in Writ Petition No,3984 of 2006 and submits that Mst. Sughran Bibi contracted marriage with Zakir Hussain respondent and acknowledged her said marriage not only through the said writ petition but also by appearing herself in this Court on the said date, therefore, the present writ petitioner who claims himself to be stepfather of Mst.
Sughran has no locus standi to maintain this petition.
2. The order dated 18-8-2006 has been perused. In the presence of the said order, I do not feel appropriate to proceed further in this petition. Even otherwise, the very locus standi of the petitioner to maintain this writ petition is doubtful. This petition is disposed of as such.
