IQBAL HAMEED-UD-DIN REHMAN, J. --- It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner is in cultivating possession of the land being Banjar Qadeem as per policy of the Board of Revenue. The applications of the petitioner dated 13.09.2006 for the grant of proprietary rights of the land-in- question are pending undecided before the respondents. It is submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to decide his applications expeditiously. It is further submitted that an identical writ petition No. 133326/2006 stood disposed of at the Principal Seat with a direction to the respondents to decide the matter within two months.
2. The respondents are directed to decide the applications of the petitioner dated 13.09.2006 expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the receipt of copy of this order, as per policy of the Board 'f Revenue. With the direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
