MIAN MUHAMMAD NAJAM-UZ-ZAMAN, J-- Report submitted by the Trial Court dated .29.04.2006 reveals that after framing the charge the matter is fixed for recording the evidence of the prosecution witnesses and the delay in disposal of the same is due to non-cooperation of counsel for the accused. Report further reveals that if both the parties and their learned counsel co-operate with the Court the trial of. This case can be concluded within one month and fifteen days.
