' After hearing the learned counsel at some length, following consent order is passed:-- ' That an amount of Rs,224 Millions has been allocated for the budget period 2007-08 for undertaking new schemes of the union councils of Zila Khairpur. There are 76 union councils in Zila Khairpur among which the petitioners represent 20 union councils whose grievance is that no allocation is made to them for undertaking new schemes in the allocated sum of Rs,224 millions for the budget period 2007-08.
(ii) That the union councils represented by the petitioners will submit their respective new schemes to Zila Council Khairpur within a period of 15 days which scheme will be considered by Zila Council Khairpur in accordance with law.
(iii) That no discrimination among the union councils will be made for allocation of funds for undertaking new schemes by Zila Council Khairpur and that until the schemes of the union councils represented by the petitioners are considered, the Zila Council Khairpur will not exhaust the funds and will retain the proportionate sum out of the " allocated funds for the 20 union councils represented by petitioners and on approval of their schemes disburse the same in accordance with law.
2. ' The petition in the above terms is disposed of along with listed application.
(iii) That no discrimination among the union councils will be made for allocation of funds for undertaking new schemes by Zila Council Khairpur and that until the schemes of the union councils represented by the petitioners are considered, the Zila Council Khairpur will not exhaust the funds and will retain the proportionate sum out of the allocated funds for the 20 union councils represented by petitioners and on approval of their schemes disburse the same in accordance with law.
3. ' The petition in the above terms is disposed of along with listed application.
