1. SAVED ZAHID HUSSAIN, J. --- Whether the petitioner was resident of Neghebanpura where the school is situated and he had applied for recruitment there, is purely a question of fact. The stance of the respondents is that the petitioner prima facie was resident of Chak No. 133/GB as per his domicile certificate furnished by himself. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had changed his residence and was residing within the locality of Neghebanpura.
2. The petitioner is disposed of accordingly. <
