ZAHID KURBAN ALAVI, J.-Granted

2. This application is disposed of. The listed application has been moved by counsel for defendants Nos. 1 & 11 stating therein that on the Board of Trustees and as required under the Agreement/Undertaking dated 27.12.1958 two representatives of the City Government may sit as Trustees. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to the grant of this application.

The application is disposed of with a direction to the Nazim, City District Government Karachi to nominate two persons to sit as Trustees on the Board of Trustees of the Islamic Education Trust. This exercise of nomination should be completed within two (2) months.
