1. This is a complaint under Section 25 of the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent i.e, Gourmet Bakers have not issued proper receipts which is violation of Section 19 of the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005.
2. The case of the Complainant falls under Section 23(1) of the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 and is exclusively triable by the Authority i.e District Coordination Officer Lahore.
3. In view of the aforesaid reasons this complaint is returned to the complainant to be presented before a proper forum i.e D.C.O Lahore who shall proceed in accordance with Law.
4. File be consigned to record room after due completion.
