1. Learned AAG has placed before us a Circular bearing No. DOC/CDGK/2005/567, dated 25.6.2005, issued by the DCO, Karachi, in which the proceedings so far taken for filling up the various vacancies in his office have been cancelled and instructions have been sought from the Government of Sindh in this regard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied with the said Circular. He prays that the DCO be directed to act in accordance with law.
3. We have heard all learned counsel and perused the Circular. In view of the fact that the grievances of the petitioners have been redressed to their satisfaction and also now the DCO, Karachi, is resorting to the Government of Sindh for the purpose of receiving instructions for recruitment to the vacant posts according to the Rules. This petition is disposed of in terms of the said Circular alongwith all the pending applications.
