ORDER

' MUHAMMAD JEHANGIR ARSHAD, J.---The conduct of S.H.O. Present in Court, is not up to mark as despite the orders of learned Additional Sessions Judge as Justice of Peace dated 6-7-2005 and 13-7-2005 he has been disregarding the said orders for one excuse or the other. This conduct of the S.H.O. By not following the directions of the Justice of Peace is also violative of a Full Bench judgment of this Court reported in Khizar Hayat's case (PLD 2005 Lahore 470) for which he can be hauled up for non-compliance. However, taking a lenient view the matter is referred to the District Police Officer, Multan who shall look into the same and would pass an appropriate order. In the meanwhile, the S.H.O. Is given last opportunity to comply with the aforesaid orders of learned Additional Sessions Judge/Justice of Peace within two days positively, with a compliance report to the Additional Registrar of this Bench.

2. With above observations/directions this writ petition is disposed of.
