' IJAZ AHMAD CHAUDHRY, J.---This order shall dispose of Writ Petitions Nos.4875 and 4889 of 2005 filed by Muhammad Khurram Shahzad, etc. And Muhammad Khalid Saleem, petitioners, respectively, who claims that they have completed their L.L.B. Part-I and II academic year 2003/2004 from different colleges. The only question involved in both these petitions is that Bahauddin Zakariya University has not allowed them to appear in the Examination of L.L.B.
' Part I and II on the ground that they had changed their colleges without migration.

It is contended that this rule which is relied upon by the respondents is circulated on January, 29, 2005 while the petitioners had already submitted their admission forms and it cannot be given retrospective effect. It is also contended that the petitioners are students and their career will be spoiled and infringed.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and also gone through the said rules, which had been relied upon. It is an admitted fact that petitioner has got admission in Qaid-e-Azam Law College, Sahiwal and also appeared in the first part from the said college but subsequently they had sent the forms for next part from another law college without any migration. The BZU has raised objection on the basis of rule 2 of the University Calendar Vol. I Edition 1977-78, which is reproduced as under:-- "No student who has joined one college, shall be admitted to another college during the same course unless and until the transfer has been allowed by the University."
'From the perusal of the said rule, it is clear that no student who has joined one college shall be admitted to another college during the same course after obtaining permission from the University.
Similarly, in the present case the petitioners have not obtained any permission and did not get themselves migrated to the said college. Hence, the respondents have rightly restrained the petitioners from appearing in L.L.B. Second part and the said action of the respondents cannot be declared as illegal and unlawful.
' In view of the above, these petitions having no merits are dismissed.
