ORDER

1. MIAN SAQIB NISAR, J.--- Learned counsel for the parties have no objection, if the suit for cancellation of the cheques, filed by the petitioner, pending before the learned Civil Judge at Ahmadpur Sharqia, District Bahawalpur, is withdrawn from that Court and is entrusted to the Court of learned Addl. District Judge, Gujranwala, where the suit under Order XXXVII, Rule 2, C.P.C., filed by the respondent, for the recovery of the amount on the basis of the same cheques, is pending. The learned District Judge, Gujranwala, is directed to consolidate both the cases, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the suit, filed by the respondent, and if the respondent has already led any evidence in the suit, he may rely upon the same or give some further evidence, after the consolidation; thereafter, the petitioner shall have the full opportunity to produce his evidence according to the law. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Addl. District Judge, Gujranwala, on the date already fixed before him. Disposed of.
