1. ATTAUR REHMAN, J. --- The main grievance of the petitioner seems to be that a piece of land reserved for park was being utilized for the activities other than the park, Mr. Manzoor Ahmed is present along with Shafiq-ur-Rehman Usmani, Town Nazim, New Karachi, stated that the respondents have no intention to utilize the said space for any other purpose other than park. Mr. Manzoor further submitted that at present it is an open plot of land and it was not been developed so far but whenever the funds are available, it will be developed into a proper park.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the above statement. The Petition stands disposed of in terms thereof alongwith listed application.
