ORDER IFTIKHAR HUSSAIN CHAUDHARY, C.J.- Application was submitted for transfer of guardian matter titled "Muhammad Yousaf Vs. Mst.
Karima" (Petition under Section 25 of Guardian & Wards Act, 1890) from the Court of Mrs. Lubna AN, Guardian Judge, Lahore to a Guardian Judge at Okara.
2. Notice of the application was issued to respondent at the address given by Muhammad Yousaf, respondent in the application filed by him under Section 25 of Guardian & Wards Act, 1890.
According to report of process server, respondent was not residing at that address. It appears that Muhammad Yousaf has filed the petition by giving a fictitious address.
3. The minor is living with his mother in Okara, the Guardian Judge, Okara, therefore, has the jurisdiction to adjudicate upon the matter.
4. The application is allowed, ex-parte. Guardian petition titled "Muhammad Yousaf Vs. Mst. Karima" is withdrawn from the Court of Mrs. Lubna Ali, Guardian Judge, Lahore and is transferred to the Court of Guardian Judge, Okara. revisions by the competent authorities.
