1. The respondent submits that he has been redesignated as E.D.O. (Education) Shikarpur. He submits that the matter of the petitioner would be examined by the' respondent Secretary of Education with whom the case file of the petitioner at present is lying as he is the competent authority in the case of petitioner. Mr. Channa also concedes to this statement of the respondent official. He prays that the respondent No. 2 , Secretary Education Department be directed to decide the matter of the petitioner within a period of two months as the petitioner is already under suspension for the last about 2-1/2 years.
2. In view of the above, we would direct the respondent No. 2 Secretary of Education, Government of Sindh at Karachi to decide the matter of the petitioner Manthar Ali within two months positively. The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
