NAZIR AHMAD SIDDIQUI, J.---Former submits that the petitioner being a candidate of General Councillor Union Council No.105, Rasool Pur, Tehsil Shujabad District Multan, with the election symbol of vote, obtained 60 votes at Polling Station No.105/3, however, at the time of consolidated result, he was shown to have obtained only 7 votes instead of 60. Hence, the ultimate result of the election qua the seat-in-question requires correction.
2. Petitioner may approach the learned Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan (respondent No.1) or the learned Election Tribunal for the redressal of his alleged grievance. If the petitioner approaches either of the forums, it is believed that the matter shall be decided expeditiously.
