ORDER

TASSADUQ HUSSAIN JILANI, J.---Submits that the electricity connection of appellant's premises was disconnected without prior notice to the appellant on 17-5-2004 and despite efforts being made appellant has neither been issued any detection bill nor any reason for the afore-referred action has been conveyed to him.

2. We mould not like to comment on the veracity of the allegations levelled in the appeal. Let appellant appear before respondent No.2 on any date in the current week along with a copy of this appeal, which shall be treated as an application/representation and decided within a week. In the meanwhile and subject to appellant's depositing the reconnection charges and any other lawful dues which the respondent LESCO may intimate the appellant. The appellant's electricity connection shall be restored within 48 hours of the appearance before him. However, this would be without prejudice to any action, which the respondent LESCO may take and the remedies, which the appellant may pursue under the law. Disposed of.
