MIAN MUHAMMAD NAJAM-UZ-ZAMAN, J.- Seeks post arrest bail in case FIR No. 196, dated 15.9.2004 for the offence under Sections 458/398/393, PPC registered at P.S. Jauharabad, District Khushab.
2. The case of the petitioner is not distinguishable from his co-accused Safeer Ahmad who has already been admitted to bail vide order dated 16.3.2005 in Cr. Misc. No. 1625-B/2005. Following the principle of consistency, this petition is allowed, petitioner is admitted to bail provided he furnishes bail bonds in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(one lac) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Trial Court.
