' The petitioner's father Muhammad Shaukat respondent No.2 had lodged F.I.R. No.366 of 2002, under, sections 10/11, Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979, at Police Station Urban Area, Sargodha, with the allegation that Muhammad Shahbaz who is related to him and was on visiting terms at his house had developed illicit .Relations with his daughter Mst. 'Ainee Shaukat petitioner and that subsequently he along with others had abducted him.
2. Mst. Ainee Shaukat and Shahbaz Ali are present before this Court, they are major and sui Juris.
They both stated that they have contracted Nikah with their own free-will and volition on 10-11- 2003. Mst. Ainee petitioner further states that no one had abducted her and she had married Shahbaz Ali of, her own free-will. They have placed copy of their Nikah Nama Armexure-B on the file.
3. Muhammad Aslam, A.S.-I. Who has brought the record states that copy of the Nikah Nama has also been placed on the police file by the petitioner and he has verified it from the office of Nikah Registrar. A As the petitioner affirms her Nikah with Shahbaz Ali, therefore, the allegations in the F.I.R.
Are erroneous and false and as such, the same is quashed.
