2. Learned counsel for the parties state that an 'agreement has' been arrived at between the parties, copy whereof is Mark "A". According to the learned counsel for the parties this agreement has been filed before the learned Executing Court and has been partly acted upon and shall be impleadment in terms stated in the Mark "A". This R.F.A. is accordingly disposed of in terms of the said agreement Mark "A".
