ORDER

' Submits that on 16-8-2004 at about 7-30 p.m. The petitioner was present in his house with his mother and one Mst. Musarat Bibi, respondents Nos.4 to 18 armed with deadly weapons criminally trespassed into the house and caused injuries to the petitioner, they took gold ornaments and cash amounting to Rs,20,000 and that the petitioner moved an application for registration of case before respondent No,3 but no action was taken. Subsequently, an application under sections 22-A and 22-B of Cr.P.C. Was moved by the petitioner before learned Sessions Judge, Pakpattan, who called for police report and according to police report, submitted before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pakpattan, earlier an F.I.R. No,257 of 2004, dated 17-8-2004 under section 10(2) of Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance VII of 1979, stands registered against the petitioner party and the present allegations are baseless and the application was submitted as a counterblast to the above case.

2. The petitioner can file a private complaint to redress his grievance against respondents Nos.4 to 18, if so advised. Disposed of with the above observation.
