ORDER

1. MIAN SAQIB NISAR. - It is stated by learned counsel for the parties that the matter has been settled between them in the light of the terms and conditions contained in the compromise "Mark-A". It is thus, requested that a decree be passed on the basis of the terms and conditions of Mark-A against defendants Nos. 1 to 5 and 7. However, the suit shall be dismissed against defendants Nos.

2. 6, 8-a to 8-e, and 9 to 12. Kh. Muhammad Akram, learned counsel representing the defendants Nos.

3. 1 to 5 and 7, has specifically endorsed this compromise, on the basis of the instructions of his clients.

4. In the light of above, the suit against the defendants Nos. 1 to 5 and 7, is decreed, strictly in terms of the compromise Mark-A and against the other defendants, it is dismissed.
