The reference is barred by six days. An application for condonation of delay has been moved and the reason given therein is, that it is on account of wrong legal advice, that the appeal could not be filed in time.
2. We are afraid, that wrong advice of the counsel is not considered to be "sufficient cause" for condoning the delay, therefore, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed, with the result that we decline to answer the question posed in this reference.
