ORDER

M. BILAL KHAN, J.- Petitioner No.1 Asghari Bibi claims to be adult, puberty, major and hence sui juris being 23 years of age, which claim finds support from her National Identity Card No. 336-80-717786.

She claims that she has contracted a valid and legitimate marriage with petitioner No. 2. With her freewill arid valuation. However she claims that her father Said Muhammad (respondent No. 2) is not happy over this marriage and is causing harassment and intimidation to her and her spouse with the help of SHO, Police Station Hujra Shah Muqeem, District Okara. The harassment is aimed at compelling the petitioner to dissolve her marriage.

2. S.H.O. Police Station Hujra Shah Muqeem is directed to conduct himself strictly within the mandate of law and not to cause any harassment or intimidation to the petitioner and her spouse as they claim to have contracted a valid and legitimate marriage. The learned Addl. Advocate- General who has appeared on Court's call shall convey the order of this Court to the quarter concerned.
