After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the case, and without prejudice to the rights of either party, we deem it appropriate to direct the Trial Court to finally dispose of the case within a period of three months from today, even if the proceedings are taken on day to day basis.
