' The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the prayer that respondents be directed to frame rules and regulations for election of National Assembly and Provincial Assembly with the condition that candidate must have B.A. Degree otherwise he would not be qualified to contest the election.

The learned Deputy Attorney General submits that competent authority has framed the Conduct of Election Rules and Order prescribing the qualification in which one of the qualifications is mentioned as B.A. Degree. He further submits that the aggrieved party against the said condition filed petition before the Honourable Supreme Court under Article 184(3) of the Constitution, which was dismissed by the Honourable Supreme Court. He further submits that election held under the said condition, therefore, writ petition has borne fruits.
3. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition has borne fruits and the same is disposed of as such. Writ .
